About Allan Francis
Allan Francis is a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran whose extraordinary 22-year journey from Private to Chief Warrant Officer earned him both the Bronze Star Medal and Legion of Merit. As a transformative drill sergeant, he molded over 2,000 civilians into combat-ready soldiers, instilling the same resilience that carried him from childhood trauma to military excellence.
After retirement, Allan channeled his leadership into community service, serving as President of both the Radcliff Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. Recognized for his exceptional character, he was appointed by the Governor of Kentucky to the Board of Dentistry while successfully leading four companies as an entrepreneur.
Today, as a certified John Maxwell Team Life Coach and Motivational Speaker, Allan transforms lives through the same principles that elevated him from a barefoot boy in Jamaica to a respected leader and mentor. He starts his book by being vulnerable about his past (very brave) which then makes his readers sympathize and understand that he has been through a lot but nobody is alone in this struggle and we can do it just like he did.
